Nepalese visa is required for all nationalities except Indian nationals. Indian nationals must present a valid passport or voter’s card.
Visa can be obtained On Arrival except for citizens of the following countries, who must obtain a visa from a Nepalese diplomatic mission prior to travel:
“On Arrival” visas are Tourist Visas with multiple re-entry facility. For participation and travel within Nepal, you should obtain a Tourist Visa.
Children below 10 years (except US citizens) are exempt from visa fees. Nationals from SAARC countries entering Nepal for the first time are exempt from fees for up to 30 days (application required).
